The Spekoek spices are handpicked and concocted by us. In fact, we supplying the Spekoek spices to some of the cake shops in Medan, Indonesia.  The pineapple filling is also made from fresh pineapple by us. Each lapis is baked layer by layer manually and then hand-rolled.
